This Kuih Kosui is a very popular Asian snack and have been made by quite a number of bloggers recently. I also bookmarked this recipe from Alan (Travelling foodies) It is not very difficult to make this kuih at home, the texture is springy and soft. I love the aroma of the gula melaka (palm sugar) and
