Lemony Shaved Brussels Sprouts with Pine Nuts are a recent discovery while I was shopping at Trader Joe's.  I figured out that I can make a very easy recipe with them, just by combining the Brussels Sprouts with some red onions, pine nuts and lemon juice. I was very excited to make this recipe
