Do you like Cinnamon? I don't know about you but I love to add ground cinnamon (powder) in my bakes. This cheesecake was baked last week and my kitchen was filled with cinnamon and coffee fragrance while the cake was in the oven. The cheesecake turned out perfectly light and the texture was moist,
