This is one of my favorite breakfasts.  I just love the combination of blueberries with lemon juice, it's so tasty, and the house smells so delicious while it's baking.  This is a perfect breakfast on a chilly morning and although I'm currently in Hawaii, we still have those occasional chilly days (rare to be sure).
