My Mother-In-Law comes to visit with us and cooks some wonderful meals while she is with us.  One of our favorite things that she makes is this salad dressing which is served simply on romaine lettuce.  The fresh ingredients make this so bright and tasty, especially the lemon juice.  This is only 1 Carb
