These potato filled cabbage rolls (potato golubtsti) are just as good as the well known classic Ukrainian Golubsti recipe that is made from a meaty rice mixture. Except these have a slightly different and unique filling that is made from a commonly known ingredient-- potatoes. These are so delicious, creamy and oh so so so good!
