It has been so hot summer these past couple of weeks and I have several almost ripe bananas sitting on my kitchen counter. I did not want them to get spoil so I peeled them and threw them in the zip-lock bag and straight to the freezer.Bananas are extremely creamy and rich when made into soft serve ice cream. Better yet they are a lovely sweet treat. Drizzle with caramel chocolate sauce for an amazing delicious taste with added fresh or frozen berries. It was perfect, cold and creamy to cool down the summer heat, so this was such a must have treat. Yum Yum !!. As a bonus I added the coconut yogurt to boost your gut function.
