Kokoretsi Anyone?
When we went to Greece in 1970 there were only a few dishes that really caught my attention. This was one of them - probably my favorite dish. Always heavily seasoned with salt and black pepper, it is usually served with a cold beer and fried potatoes or bulghouri. The version in the picture was served to us in 2005 at the Melitzis Taverna - absolutely my favorite restaurant on the island.
