A close cousin to Kaldereta this dish that originated in Quezon province is prepared with Pork spareribs slowly cooked in tomato sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce and a touch of cheese. I never came across this dish when I was in the Philippines but my dire search for unknown and left out Filipino recipe introduced
