This is my new favorite go-to recipe.  I found it in Ina Garten's new cookbook, Cooking For Jeffery, and like all of Ina's wonderful recipes,  it is foolproof, easy and super tasty.  I have made this chicken about six times and each time it is more delicious that they next.  And, Ina is certainly right,
