This Cuban Ropa Vieja is one of my favorite Cuban comfort foods. The name Ropa Vieja translates to "old clothes" because the shredded beef resembles shredded old clothes. The richness of the beef combined with the tangy flavor of the tomato and olives will tickle your taste buds. This dish is best served with white rice.
