Asparagus! It’s here!  This is the best time of year to eat local asparagus! The cool spring weather here in Berks county yields the best asparagus– and we have an abundance of it here at our Farm Market.  When it’s fresh I even enjoy eating it raw!If you’ve never tried this scrumptious vegetable, please do– it’s incredible!And
