Oh yeah! This is a recipe for that crispy, tender chicken with the sweet, sticky, luscious teriyaki sauce that we all love! Very easy to put together, I cooked mine in my cast iron skillet to get the perfect sear, but if you don't have one, you can grill the thighs and then just bring them inside and nestle them in the teriyaki sauce and simmer for a few minutes. I usually trim about a third of the chicken skin, your choice and all of the ingredients in the sauce you probably have in your pantry except for the Mirin which is found in the Asian aisle in your grocery store.
