Though I haven't made this since my dad passed away, this was his favorite New York Style Cheesecake recipe.  (I recently found the pictures and thought that I should share this recipe, #tbt style.  The general consensus about this recipe is that this is the perfect cheesecake. It is not a dense cheesecake at all.
