Pork Mole Enchiladas This recipe calls for ground pork, but, I used the pork from the Chili Verde recipe.  I chopped it up and mixed it with the remaining ingredients.  It comes out very good.  I also used a carton of mole sauce that I got at the store. Pork Mole Enchiladas Recipe Type: Entree
