A few weeks ago I got a julienne peeler and I've been making all kinds of noodles. Well I've finally found a recipe to feature it in.  I absolutely love Thai food and have been interested in putting together a raw Pad Thai recipe. I wanted to add a good variety of fibrous veggies, with as many
