Pumpkin Pancakes These are soooooo good!  They come out nice and fluffy, too. To make them healthier, then use wheat or oat flour instead of the all-purpose flour. Then, use almond milk instead of whole milk.  They're good with real maple syrup, but try them with caramel topping or whipped cream and coconut. Yum! Pumpkin
