These little guys are off the charts! Think about these ingredients! Wild mushooms are cooked in butter and olive oil, then simmered with Sherry, chicken stock, and fresh thyme, Then goat cheese and sundried tomatoes are stirred in, all that's left is to spread that goodness on sourdough slices and broil, sprinkle on chives and serve! Soooo gooood!
