Scallops and Chives
Scallops and Chives Ingredients 1 -2 pounds sea scallops olive oil a few T. butter salt/pepper chopped chives Instructions Season scallops with salt and pepper. Heat 2T. olive oil and 2T. butter When hot, add scallops and cook a few minutes on each side to brown. Top with chopped chives. Serve with baby broccoli 3.2.2807
