Every woman should have a simple, go-to cocktail that they can serve at a moments notice – this is my version of a traditional Kir Royale. It’s beautiful color, and the bubbly sparkle from the champagne make it just “Julia-riffic”and I suspect if she was presented with this she would exclaim “Hooray!”
