Baked figs Serves: 4-6 Ingredients 8 large fresh figs 2 tbsp (approx) runny honey splash of port or Madeira vanilla ice cream to serve Instructions Preheat oven to 200C/Gas 6. Halve figs, place in a baking dish flesh side down, drizzle over honey and wine, cover and bake for 20 mins. Serve with the syrup from the dish
