A unique take on a slaw by smoking some apples and onion and tossing with a simple vinaigrette of honey, cider vinegar and EVOO. Use a ratio of two parts apple to one part onion. Feel free to cook over higher heat or lower heat and focus on the texture of the apples and onion. This a recipe we cook while we are heating p the smoker for the rest of our meal. It???s delicious served warm off the smoker or cooled down.
