This is Vivek Singh's recipe and it's a take on a tandoori fish tikka, traditionally served with green chutney. The only difference is he uses larger cut of fish in this recipe. The fish is marinated using the same techniques as you would for tandoori fish, but conveniently cooked in an oven. The coriander and mint chutney is transformed into a delicious hot sauce. Served with lemon rice, it makes for a delicious main course.
