These Almond Butter Cookies are the best I've ever had. They are buttery, rich, a little chewy and not too sweet. I'm so exited to share this recipe with you all. They are amazing and pretty easy. I used my Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer to mix the dough or you can use a hand mixer.
