This black rice, edamame and mango salad is colourful and flavourful and packed with ingredients that tickle all the senses. Eat on its own, or serve alongside some cooked protein such as chicken, salmon, sea bass, prawns, crispy tofu which would all be great with these flavours. The chilli crisp garnish is optional, but doesn???t half add a welcome bit of welly!
