Pesto is unbelievable easy. It's also one of my favourite things to put on pasta. I don't know what it is about tomato sauce, but I'm just not a huge fan. Maybe it's too tangy, or too tomatoey, or has weird flavours to it like garlic or something. Sometimes I'd rather have butter and salt
