This is beyond fun, but isn???t terribly difficult if you organize ahead and have things good to go ??? it???s such a crowd pleaser ??? add steamed or grilled lobster for a special occasion. You can easily make it with just two or three seafood choices, or even adjust the recipe to make the broth to accompany grilled or clambake seafood leftovers.
