I feel like I've been making lots of fusion recipes this week: Guacamole and Hummus, Chorizo and Shrimp Tacos, Buffalo Wings and Hummus, and now Thai Tacos. It was completely by accident, I promise. However, these thai tacos might be my favorite thing I've made all week. I first marinated the beef flank steak overnight using the
