I don't make a sweet yeast dough very often but when I start dreaming about a big pan of warm cinnamon rolls this is the recipe I go to.  This recipe was developed by Nicki Cross and was printed in the Portland Oregonian in 2007.  It was reprinted in "The Best American Recipes 2000"
