Many people would think the title of this blog post is a misnomer...that includes me, or at least it used to include me.  When I was growing up, we had a "Tuna Casserole" most Fridays, especially during Lent.  To say it was not my favourite meal was an understatement.  BUT...that dish was nothing like this recipe.
