As my neighbors can attest, these garlic & herb roasted potatoes are one of my favorite side dishes to bring to barbecues (try them alongside this delicious Asian BBQ Chicken!).  Most people love them (except Little Diner who doesn't like potatoes....let's hope they grow on him!), they are easy to make, and still taste good
