Although I am yet to post the recipe here, a good amount of the traffic that leads to Kawaling Pinoy are from web searches for "ginataang hipon".  Since I hate to disappoint and I did have a pound left after cooking my mom's shrimps with oyster sauce,  I decided to cook ginataang hipon for dinner
