The other day I was making dinner for my mom - a little thank you for always being there for us. And after an awesome app of Clams with Garlic & Chorizo we tucked into a handful of ridiculously delicious, home made Lobster Rolls. Fresh, tender lobster - chilled down and tossed with just a
