I'm really digging everything about this dish right now! The colors (so festive), the textures (so many), the prep-work (so minimal), and most importantly -- the tasty outcome (so freaking delicious). I saw this gorgeous recipe in the most recent issue of Bon Appétit magazine (thanks for handing it off to me, Mom) and could not
