Serve with a delicious custard sauce (Creme Anglais), a slightly whipped cream (very soft peaks) or Pistachio sauce (as shown) garnished with pistachios. May also be served with a berry coulis, fresh berries, mango or other fruit depending on the season. Also goes very well with a Zabaglione served as a sauce.
