Update...Our lavender plant is blooming again and we are reposting this favorite recipe for lavender cake with lavender cream cheese icing which was posted in 2014.   We have not changed the recipe but have replaced the original photos with new updated photos.  This is a moist, tender cake with a delightful and delicious lavender
