Did you know you could make all sorts of goodies with pancake mix?  (Besides pancakes, that is!) I had no idea.  I mean, I knew I could make waffles, but did you know you could make COBBLER?!  Well, I made a Peach Cobbler with Kerbey Lane Cafe's Apple Cinnamon pancake mix and it was UHHH.MAZING.
