I love making Turkey. That smell and the inevitable leftovers are something to enjoy and look forward to this time of year, am I right? So, what do you do with all those leftovers? I look forward to them, but I can honestly only have so many post-Thanksgiving - Thanksgiving dinners or leftover turkey sandwiches.
