A friend of mine posted a rather disturbing article on FaceBook about how much sugar is in the Shamrock shake from McDonald's.  All I can say is: Wow! Growing up, I can remember getting it during this time of year and I thought it was awesome. Don't get me wrong here, my mom was (still
