This soft, tender and easy bar cookie recipe is the perfect way to use your favorite candy bars. We used peanut butter cups, but feel free to add Snicker’s, Milky Way or other candy to this. We made our own cookie dough, but if you have a favorite store-bought cookie dough in mind, use it. Just stir in the candy then bake. It will work great.
